Ingrid is accepting new clients.
I approach my job as a therapist with compassion and warmth. I am passionate about helping others and assisting children, teens, and adults in better understanding how to work through life's challenges with greater confidence and alignment with personal values. At Seva, we use evidence-based treatments tailored to treat your specific symptoms and needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment, Therapy (ACT), exposure, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Whether you have been to therapy in the past or are newly seeking it out, together we will develop a plan that supports your desired outcomes and applies evidence-based interventions designed to treat your unique symptoms.

Clinical Areas of Interest: children 5+, families, early adulthood, and adults; anxiety, OCD, depression, young adult and adolescent transitions, family conflict, stress management, and anxiety disorders.
Ingrid is working under the supervision of Shannon Evers (LISW), Megan Wych (LMHC), and Addison Malinski (LISW). Ingrid receives ongoing training and consultation to promote best practices in evidence-based care.
Ingrid accepts Wellmark/BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, and self-pay.
