Kaylee Wilson, MSW, LMSW
Therapist
Kaylee is accepting new clients and has openings in June.
If your mind feels like it never slows down or is constantly worrying, overthinking, or expecting the worst, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay this way. My role is to work alongside you: helping you understand the patterns of your experiences, offer gentle challenges to support you in your journey, and provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, safe space.
I work with individuals (teenagers and adults), couples, and families and utilize evidence-based treatments to best help you in your treatment goals. I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, depressive disorders, and relationship issues. I am receiving specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy to best help clients in their therapy journey.
My therapeutic style is strengths-based, client-led, compassionate, and growth-driven. My goal is to help you feel accepted, safe, and supported within my office to explore your concerns and see progress outside of my office. If you have further questions about the therapeutic process or would like to see if we are a good fit, I encourage you to reach out to set up a free 15-minute consultation phone call.
Specialty Areas: OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias, couples counseling, family counseling, depression, adjustment disorder, life transitions
