Jenna Wagemester, MSW, LMSW
Jenna is accepting new clients.
I realize that starting therapy can feel intimidating. Know that you don't need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to begin. As a therapist, I collaboratively work alongside clients to promote meaningful, and long-lasting change. I empower clients with warmth and clinical insight, offering an individualized and evidence-based approach to meet your needs.
I enjoy working with couples, individuals (adults and adolescents), and families. My approach draws from evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure-Based therapies (ERP & PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In treatment with couples, my approach is informed by Gottman Theory and ACT for Couples.
Specialty Areas: Couples counseling, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, athletic performance, and life transitions.
Therapy offers a unique space to pause, get curious, and uncover new opportunities for growth. If you're ready—or just curious—I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We can chat about what you're looking for and how I might be able to help.
Jenna accepts Wellmark, UnitedHealthCare, and private pay.
