Jenna Wagemester, MSW, LMSW

I realize that starting therapy can feel intimidating. Know that you don't need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to begin. The human experience is deeply personal—made up of moments, emotions, and relationships that shape who we are. Exploring your story can be incredibly powerful, and walking alongside clients on that journey is a privilege. I empower clients with warmth and clinical insight, offering an individualized and flexible approach to meet their needs. My hope is that you give yourself grace as you explore what you're looking for.

I enjoy working with couples, individuals (adults and adolescents), and families. I am especially passionate about supporting those impacted by trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and involvement with the criminal justice system. My integrative and psychodynamic approach draws from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, Systems Theory-based therapy, and IFS-informed parts work. While rooted in clinical experience, my approach is compassionate, warm, and holistic.

Therapy offers a unique space to pause, get curious, and uncover new opportunities for growth. If you're ready—or just curious—I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We can chat about what you're looking for and how I might be able to help.

Jenna will be working under the supervision of Megan Wych (MS, LMHC) and Shannon Evers (MSW, LISW).
