Jenna Wagemester, MSW, LMSW
Jenna is accepting new clients and has immediate openings.
I realize that starting therapy can feel intimidating. Know that you don't need to have it all figured out—just a willingness to begin. The human experience is deeply personal—made up of moments, emotions, and relationships that shape who we are. Exploring your story can be incredibly powerful, and walking alongside clients on that journey is a privilege. I empower clients with warmth and clinical insight, offering an individualized and flexible approach to meet your needs. My hope is that you give yourself grace as you explore what you're looking for.
I enjoy working with couples, individuals (of all ages, including adolescents), and families. I am especially passionate about supporting those impacted by trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, OCD, anxiety, and depression. My integrative and psychodynamic approach draws from evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, and ERP, as well as other interventions like EMDR, Systems Theory-based therapy, and IFS-informed parts work. While rooted in clinical experience, my approach is compassionate, warm, and holistic.
Therapy offers a unique space to pause, get curious, and uncover new opportunities for growth. If you're ready—or just curious—I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We can chat about what you're looking for and how I might be able to help.
Jenna accepts Wellmark, UnitedHealthCare, and private pay.
Jenna works under the supervision of Megan Wych (MS, LMHC) and Shannon Evers (MSW, LISW).
