Candace Shultz, MSW, LMSW
Therapist
Candace is accepting new clients with immediate openings.
As a therapist, I understand how challenging it can be to navigate life's difficult moments, and my approach is grounded in empathy, comfort, and a deep belief that each individual has their own unique journey to walk. My goal is to come alongside you in this process, offering support, understanding, and tools to help you find healing and achieve your goals. I have experience working with adolescents to adults, along with military and Veteran populations.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapies, and Motivational Interviewing. I always tailor my work to meet my clients’ needs. I’m also deeply passionate about the gut-brain connection and the ways our physical health directly impacts our mental well-being.
In my free time, you will find me with my family, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
Specialty Areas: Children 10+, Life transitions, relationships, depression, stress management, Military/Veterans, PTSD, and Trauma.
Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for you.
