I am a mental health therapist with experience working with youth and adolescents, but I enjoy working with people of all ages. Therapy works best when it is a collaborative process where the client and counselor work together toward the client's therapeutic goals.

My clinical approach is genuine and non-judgmental. I meet clients where they are and adjust each therapeutic intervention to the individual. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques. I specialize in working with people experiencing life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, and anxiety/depression.
