Kate Klaver
As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can be their most authentic selves. I believe that healing begins with self-awareness and self-compassion and that understanding our inner world empowers us to navigate life's challenges and relationships more effectively.
I take a collaborative approach, working alongside clients to develop personalized goals that align with their values and unique needs. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, and foster growth.
I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals through life transitions, relationship concerns, depression, mood and anxiety disorders, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I primarily work with adult individuals and couples.
