Brynn Hurley, t-LMHC
Brynn is now accepting new clients and has immediate openings available.
Therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and supported as your whole self. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can explore what’s working in your life and what isn’t with honesty and compassion.
I enjoy working with older adolescents, young adults, college students, and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, OCD, depression, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re adjusting to a new season of life, feeling stuck in old patterns, or wanting to strengthen your connection with others, I aim to walk alongside you with curiosity and care.
My approach is collaborative and grounded, blending warmth with gentle challenge. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed interventions such as Prolonged Exposure (PE). My work is nonjudgmental and tailored to your unique needs, whether that means building insight, learning coping strategies, or exploring deeper emotional patterns.
Therapy offers a caring space to slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and find new ways to grow. If you’re ready or have any questions, I’d love to connect for a free 15-minute consultation to see how we might work together.
