I am working toward completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Drake University. I have 20 years of experience working in a non-therapeutic helping and human services profession, coming alongside people to offer support in critical seasons of life. I aspire to work with young adults and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, grief and loss, identity issues, spirituality concerns, those navigating life transitions, and more.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, supporting clients and their needs by providing authentic connection and a welcoming environment that empowers clients to address life’s challenges.
